Description:  ROMCenter is an excellent ROM auditing tool.  Most people in the EMU scene use this tool or the more advanced, powerful and complicated ClrMAMEPro.  Both use external DAT files as their database.

ROMCenter Tool has been updated to version 2.61.

I built a fixed version of romcenter 2.60 which fix the first bugs before I leave for two weeks.
So, here it is. French language pack is also updated.

Fixed:
- Rename rom on a file unzipped with bad case deletes it.
- Case parameters reset when changing datafiles
- Double 'duplicated' info sometimes with unzipped files.
- "Add path" crash on windows ME : I updated the folder dialog to a new version. I don't know if it fixes the problem, as I don't have a win me under hand to test. I'll see after my holydays in 2 weeks :). If it doesn't work, you can always drag&drop paths directly in romcenter to load then.
